I am so happy you are here! Whether you're here because a friend pointed you in this direction, randomly stumbled upon me, or are looking for a resource on how to ditch diets, how to eat mindfully & intuitively - you are so welcomed here.  

You're not alone.

I get it. I know what it feels like to be afraid of eating anything that could make you gain weight or like you have to count calories to stay on track. I know what it feels like to eat so strictly during the week that you "let loose" and eat whatever on the weekend because you deserve it. Constantly jumping from diet to diet is exhausting and I'm here to help you break the cycle.

The diet and weight-loss industry is not in the business of improving your well-being or increasing your happiness. It's purpose is to trap you in a toxic cycle that seems impossible to break out of.

I am here to tell you that it's possible! In my coaching programs, I focus on your whole lifestyle because how you eat, sleep, move your body, your stress levels, social circle, romantic life all affect the way you eat.

Things you probably didn't know about me!

  • I HATED yoga. I did at least 5 different monthly trials before finally sticking with it.
  • I don't eat meat! People ask me if I make my clients go vegetarian, and the answer is a hard no.
  • I could eat guacamole for every meal.
  • I am a crazy plant lady.
  • I have a younger brother, but people think he's older than me or say I look so much like him... 
  • When I get in the zone working, I am blasting EDM music
