Join us for a 45-minute yoga flow! Take time out of your Sunday to move together, breathe together and connect to yourself.

  • When: Sunday, June 27, 2021 @ 12:30pm EST
  • What to Expect: A 45 minute power yoga class designed to close out your weekend and give you clarity heading into your week ahead.
  • What you need: A mat or something to practice on! If you have a block, bring it - but not required.

Class will be on Zoom and you will get an email from me with the link!

Can't make it but still want to flow? No sweat! You'll get access to the recording.
