Lesson 1 / Establish Your Baseline

In this class, you'll learn how diet culture has affected your life up until this point. Before can improve your relationship with food and yourself, we first have to identify where you are and why you're here. On top of that we'll figure out where you want to be.

What We'll Work on: 

  • Identifying your current dieting tools, food beliefs and rules
  • Learning what it means to be an intuitive eater
  • Practicing self-awareness to monitor how your food beliefs and rules affect your life

Lesson 2 / Make Peace With Food

In this class, you'll learn the most important tools when it comes to making peace with food. This step is key to being able to identify your body's hunger and fullness cues.

What We'll Work on: 

  • Going through the process of making peace with formerly forbidden or limited foods
  • Learning how to identify your hunger and fullness cues
  • Practicing introducing foods int your home and lifestyle

Lesson 3 / Cope With Your Emotions

In this class, you'll learn how to feel, respond and cope with unwanted emotions that you might otherwise turn to food for. While it is perfectly ok to use food to cope with an emotion, it doesn't need to be your default solution. You'll learn actionable tools and strategies to take with you.

What We'll Work on: 

  • Identifying how you use foods to cope with unwanted emotion
  • Practicing feeling your emotions and going through a tree-step process to identify what you need.

Lesson 4 / Trust Yourself

In this class, you'll learn about the spectrum of overeating to binge eating and why you might do it. You'll learn that you are not broken or out of control in these situations, rather using food to cope with a need not being met. You won't stop overeating, but you'll learn how to drastically decrease the frequency as well as how you talk to yourself.

  • Identifying triggers and situations that you're more likely to overeat at.
  • Learning how important self-talk is and how you can use it to your advantage.
