Ready to move?

 

Finish 2022 and head into 2023 feeing stronger, more flexible and more connected to your body than ever before.

In this 4-week mobility challenge you'll first start off by doing an assessment of most of your joints to see what range of motion you have now. You'll learn about CARs - what they are and how beneficial they are.

Then you'll get two 20-minute classes a week to take for the remaining 3 weeks.

What is mobility? Why do you need it?

Being mobile means you are capable of moving freely. Functional mobility means that you are able to actively achieve a range of motion (meaning without being force into a position, you are able to get there by yourself).

If that still means nothing to you, mobility training will keep your joints healthy, it will make your physical yoga practice safer & stronger, it will make your lifts at the gym better, and it will allow you to move efficiently in the long term.

Mobility work isn't stretching. Mobility work isn't yoga.

You'll go through all ranges of motion of your joints and train them at max efforts (yes, you will work hard).

Every Monday starting December 5th, you'll get access to two new training videos for you to take! Take them as many time as you'd like.

For every video, there will be comment space for you to ask questions, let everyone know how you felt and if you complete all 8 classes you'll be entered to win a FREE 1:1 training session with Sarah!
