6-week online mobility program
We are not waiting until 2026 to start mobility training!! Mobility training is better when we're together & you've got someone (hi 👋🏼) to hold you accountable to train.
All classes will be recorded and sent to you 24 hrs after class. You will have lifetime access to the classes.
This course is a really nice addition to enhance your experience while training on my app as well.
SCHEDULE
December 14: Hip ER & Shoulder ER (aka hip and shoulder rotation - this is key 🔑)
December 21: Hip IR & Shoulder IR (aka hip and shoulder rotation - this is key 🔑)
December 28: Spine & Hip Flexion (you can expect squats)
January 4: Hip Abduction & Shoulder Extension (lots of time in frog & good luck to your triceps)
January 11: Hip ER & Shoulder ER (advancing from Week 1 ☠️)
January 18: Spine & Hip Extension (say hi to a buttery spine after this)
We will use props!!
You will want to make sure you have:
- at least 2 yoga blocks (these are my favorite) they're more expensive but they are firm and last forever
- yoga strap (this is my favorite) but you can probably make a belt/dog leash work too
- long red resistance band (link here)
- ankle weights are optional, but if you've got them you can use them (if you want to buy some, get these)
Your Coach
Sarah is a FRC mobility specialist who is also FRA, Kinstretch Level II & FRS Internal Strength certified. Sarah believes that it is more important to focus on how your body moves -how strong & flexible your body is, what you have control over and how much range you have - instead of how much you weigh or what you body looks like.
Sarah provides a safe & supportive space for you to show up just as you are, ready to learn & train. As an Intuitive Eating Coach, she promotes building a positive relationship with food, movement & your body.
