The Mindful Method - This course will be best for you if you're ready to commit to 12 weeks of weekly coaching calls, you want to dive head into the information and get full support & coaching. This is a very high-touch program so you get the most support from Sarah and requires a financial investment (that can be set into payment plans, etc. that you will work out with Sarah!).
The App - This is for you if you want to dip your toes into Intuitive Eating. You want a path to follow but you don't want the support & guidance that The Mindful Method will provide. You get a 7-day free trial and after is $14.99/month.
